HAUS PINE
The two houses have a living area of 120 sqm per house on two floors. Their floor plan is identical. On the first floor there is a living/dining area with an open kitchen consisting of a kitchenette and kitchen block. Dining table for 8 people. On both sides there are generous window fronts and sliding doors leading out to a large terrace facing the dune on one side, and a smaller breakfast terrace on the other. On the first floor of each house there is a sauna, a bathroom and another small room. This is used as a bedroom in the Pine house and as a study in the Sand house. On the upper floor of each house there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge area with a view of the dune.

B&B corner sofa with coffee table and Wegener armchair, reading chair by Minotti or Vitra, fireplace. Dining table 240 × 85 cm with 8 chairs. Lounge area with Zoe leather furniture and view of the dune.
KITCHEN
Crockery & cutlery for 8 people, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer.
BATHROOM
2 bathrooms with rain showers and 1 bathroom with bathtub & rain shower, towels for 8 persons and a hairdryer.
TECHNOLOGY
Muso music system from the high-end manufacturer Naim and other Bose or B&O Bluetooth players. Two televisions and a blu-ray player. Transponder-based access system from Salto My Clay.
RELAXATION
Two terraces with a gas grill, dining tables with benches, sun chairs, wool blankets and a fire pit. Sauna has direct access to the terrace.
PARKING PLACE
There are two parking spaces per house.

Bed linen and towels, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board provided.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in House Pine.
