How far is the nearest bus stop/train station from the house?

The nearest bus stop "Strand Hotel Fischland" is about 9 minutes walking distance. The nearest train station is in Ribnitz-Damgarten West about 10 km south-east of Dierhagen.

Is there parking space in front of the house?

Yes, two parking spaces belong to each house.

The Houses

How many square metres does the house have?

Each house has 120 square metres.

How many people can be accommodated in the house?

In house Pine there are 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. Two of them are 180 cm wide and the other two are 160 cm and 140 cm wide. In house Sand there are 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. Two of them are 180 cm wide and one is 160 cm wide.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in house Sand, no pets are allowed in house Pine.

Does the house have to be cleaned before departure?

No, cleaning is included in the rental price.

Is there an internet connection?

Yes, there is a WLAN connection. The access data is available on site in the house.

Is smoking allowed in the house?

No, smoking is not permitted in the houses.

From when is it possible to arrive? Until when does the departure have to take place?

The house is available for arrival from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you may stay until 11 am.

Packing

Is there a cot available?

Yes, there is a folding cot in both houses.

Are there towels?

Yes, there are towels for the bathroom and the sauna.

Local area

How far is it to the beach?

The beach is approx. 200 m away and can be reached via a dune path.

Is there a swimming pool nearby?

Yes, the two hotels within walking distance, Strandhotel Dünenmeer and Strandhotel Fischland, have beautiful wellness areas with a swimming pool, which - if not occupied by hotel guests - can also be used by external visitors for a fee. The Bodden-Therme in Ribnitz-Damgarten is about 10 km away and the Aquadrom in Graal-Müritz with swimming pool, wellness spa and sports facilities is about 15 minutes away.
