HAUS SAND
The two houses have a living area of 120 sqm per house across two floors. Their floor plan is identical. On the first floor there is a living/dining area with an open kitchen consisting of a kitchenette and kitchen block and a dining table for 8 people. On both sides there are generous window fronts and sliding doors leading out to a large terrace facing the dune on one side, and a smaller breakfast terrace on the other. On the first floor of each house there is a sauna, a bathroom and another small room. This is used as a bedroom in the Pine house and as a study in the Sand house. On the upper floor of each house there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge area with a view of the dune.

B&B corner sofa with coffee table and Wegner armchair, reading chair by Minotti or Vitra and fireplace. The dining table is 240 × 85 cm with 8 chairs. Lounge area has Zoe leather furniture and a view of the dune.

Crockery & cutlery for 8 people, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, toaster, blender, kettle and juicer.
BATHROOM
2 bathrooms with rain showers and 1 bathroom with bathtub & rain shower, towels for 8 persons and hairdryer.
TECHNOLOGY
Muso music system from the high-end manufacturer Naim and other Bose or B&O Bluetooth players. Two televisions and a blu-ray player. Transponder-based access system from Salto KS.
RELAXATION
Two terraces with a gas grill, dining tables with benches, sun chairs, wool blankets and fireplace. Sauna with direct access to the terrace.
PARKING PLACE
There are two parking spaces per house.
